Profilyst is an independent tool by M Asif Rahman. It analyzes public LinkedIn profiles and posts requested by visitors.
Information we store
We store public profile details, selected post text, visible metrics, report snapshots, and the time they were collected. Public report pages may be indexed by search engines. Profile collections started from a workspace also create public report snapshots. Do not submit private material as a public post or public audit source.
Temporary collection responses are kept privately for up to 30 days so interrupted reviews can resume without collecting the same data again. They are cleared when a profile removal is approved. Spending records are retained separately and do not contain these response bodies.
Your private planning workspace
A signed-in workspace stores your selected primary profile, peer list, business context, audience, goals, writing preferences and schedule. Optional headline, About, experience and education notes, profile photos and cover images are private supplements associated with your account. They do not replace evidence in public reports. Selecting a LinkedIn profile does not verify that you own it, and Google sign-in does not grant access to LinkedIn. Only supply information and images you have permission to use.
Usage limits and cookies
We use a daily, keyed hash of your network address to enforce free audit limits. Free-audit usage records contain a keyed hash rather than a raw IP. Sign-in sessions and infrastructure security logs may contain IP addresses and browser information. Administrator sessions use a secure cookie. No marketing cookies are set by the application.
Service providers
Bright Data receives the LinkedIn profile and post URLs needed to collect public data. FastFetchz was used for earlier collections and remains a legacy rollback option. These collection services do not receive your Google sign-in credentials or private writing context. xCloud hosts the application and database. Public profile images may be retrieved from LinkedIn's image servers through our application; some public directory images may load directly in your browser. We do not sell your personal information.
AI processing
When you request an AI plan, OpenAI receives the relevant public profile and post evidence, your saved business and writing context, supplied profile notes, and available profile or cover images. We use the configured OpenAI model (GPT-5.6 Luna by default), request that the API not store the response, and save the generated plan in your private workspace. This API setting is not a promise that the provider retains no operational data. Avoid adding secrets or confidential third-party information. Downloading a plan or skill puts a copy under your control; importing it into another tool shares that copy with the service you choose.
Transactional report emails
If you request a report email, we send it only to your signed-in verified address through Resend, from [email protected]. We retain the recipient, message and request status for up to 30 days for retries and support. No marketing subscription is created. Resend processes the address and message; provider acceptance does not guarantee inbox placement.
Optional Google sign-in stores your name, verified email, linked Google identity and session in our database. We request basic identity only, with no Gmail, Drive or calendar access. Owner test requests are retained for 30 days. Contact the operator to request account deletion. Free reports do not require sign-in.
Feedback
If you send feedback while signed in, the site owner can review your category and comment alongside the exact report version or private plan revision it concerns. Feedback stays out of public reports and is retained for up to 180 days. Do not include secrets or sensitive personal information in your note.
Retention and removal
Completed or failed AI plan records, including their input snapshots, are removed after 90 days by routine cleanup. Workspace context and uploaded images remain until replaced or removed as part of an account deletion request. Contact the operator to request deletion of your private workspace and account. Monthly collection usage is recorded separately to enforce your allowance.
Published reports remain available until removed. A removal request immediately suppresses the profile and blocks regeneration. Operational daily-audit, provider-attempt and AI-usage records are kept for up to 30 days. Suppression records are retained to honor removal requests. Database backups may retain historical copies until their retention period ends.
